Who We Are
COMPASSIONATE GROUP: a nonprofit organization dedicated to working with Black farmers, minorities, underserved sustainable farmers with a focus in the United States and Africa, plus the World over. The organization works to promote sustainable farming and innovative agriculture practices which preserve cultural and biological diversity, as well as the agroecological balance of the local environment.
We help farmers prevent pests and act as a bridge with suppliers: we ensure farmers gain access to high-quality seed and fertilizers they need, warehouses to store their crops, and the vaccines that will protect their animals.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide healthcare facilities with quality and cost-effective service by meeting their hard-to-fill shifts.
We shall partner with our clients by meeting their urgent needs with courteous and excellent customer service.
We wanted to create an agency that nurses and healthcare facilities could trust and depend on for quality, reliability, dependability, and loyalty.
Our Vision
Our vision is a nation in which every family has a home, a livelihood, free medical care, and the chance to build a better future.
Believe it or not, we founded this organization on the premise that businesses each of our members build would eventually cover all brick and motor cost of running our program—freeing up all donations to go exclusively to helping the minorities with their projects. We are still new as an organization, but we have already set into motion ways to earn funds through Airbnb, real estate filliping’s, and we’re eager to continue expanding our business models and other ideas to anyone who’d like to partner with us.
